No portion of Amero Gear’s website, packaging, designs, photographs, graphics, branding, product presentation, or other creative materials may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, imitated, commercially exploited, or used to create confusingly similar products or branding without prior written permission from Amero Gear.

Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use any Amero Gear trademark, copyright, design, trade dress, or other intellectual property without written authorization.

No Medical or Performance Claims

Amero Gear does not represent or guarantee that wearing its apparel will increase strength, muscle growth, athletic ability, endurance, recovery, health, or physical performance.
